Welcome to the beginning of Pre-Challenge Podcast's in honor of the new challenge coming out January 25th. This season's challenge is a never-been-done before "Battle of the Exes." The title is clearly self explanatory. And as most of the ex-couples are guy/girl teammates,there is one girl/girl team. Yeah...don't really know how that's going to work since we know how "Battle of the SEXES 2" worked out years ago. Needless to say it was pretty uneven. I'm sure that won't be the only big surprise of the season. Actually,I'm positive, surprises start rollin' out pretty early in the season. Alright,enough B.S.'in on this end. The teams have been announced,the pictures are on line,and the rules of the game are on MTV.com, SO LET'S START TALKIN'!!! We kick off by our Pre-Challenge Podcast's by "Breaking Down the Boys" of the new challenge. Derrick,Kenny,and Evan have teamed up once again to get the action started. Get ready for an extensive look at the guys on the new challenge. We've gone to battle with these fellas,seen them in eliminations,we know what they're good at and what they're not. John Cholish stops by Ultimate Challenge Radio to talk about his first ever fighting debut in the UFC at UFC 140 headlined by Light Heavyweight Champion Jonny "Bones" Jones, or as I like to call him-"Weapons of Mass Destruction," VS. Former Champ Lyoto Machida. John Cholish, an exciting young fighter, keeps The Derrick Kosinski Podcast action packed by giving UCR an idea of what it'll be like to fight the Canadian Mitch Clarke in his hometown of Toronto. Cholish walks us thru the mindset of pre-fight notions as he approaches the toe-to-toe face-off with his opponent. John walks us from his wrestling career starting at the age of 4 years old to the day he starts to taper off for his 1st fight into the UFC. He gives us a fighters perspective of weather or not he hates his opponents, weather or not he wants to maul them when their fist touch gloves,the difficulty of working an everyday job and a rigorous workout regimen. John also gives a small view of what it's like to attain as much information s possible around champions like Frankie Edgar, George St.Pierre, and Kenny Florian.
