Reality TV Friday Podcast: Jersey Shore, The Challenge, and Survivor

We might need to rename the podcast formerly known as "Reality TV Friday" to "The Knight Show." Not only is there wordplay going on, but we were so taken with Knight's performance on this week's Challenge that we couldn't help but spend a good 20 minutes analyzing his machinations. We also touched upon the bizarre romance of Big Easy and Devyn, as well as Jonny Moseley's appalling haircut. Scared of stepping on Derrick Kosinski's toes, we also talk about Survivor, Jersey Shore, and our respective Weird Watches of the Week. Stop being polite, get real with us. (Sorry, couldn't help myself.)

Story and Podcast Link Below. We get a mention at 33:00 into the podcast.

"A New Challenge"

The Wild Warrior Challenge is an exciting fun-filled 5k obstacle course designed to unleash your sense of adventure!!! And on this special segment of Ultimate Challenge Radio, Derrick decides to step up and take on the rugged terrains of Wild and Wonderful West Virginia. Although, the extended, raw and uncut version of this race is not available yet, one of the behind the scenes story lines is that Derrick is actually racing against a guy who runs a 5 minute mile. Let's just say Derrick had the lead up until the obstacle course, then the wheezing began.

Enjoy the footage below and if you live near the Morgantown, West Virginia area step up and take on the challenge!!

Ever wonder how Zach and Ashley from Real World:Back to San Diego would have done on MTV's Challenge: Battle of the Exes??? I mean, weren't you expecting to see these 2 competing for a Challenge Championship already ?? After all, they were crowned as the brand new "Real World Couple." It would only make sense right?? Despite the fact that this show is called "Exes," there have been a few couples that merely shared a kiss and a few that had still been together. Instead of Zach and Ashley representing Real World:San Diego, Nate and Priscilla were chosen and eliminated first without a fight and nearly zero drama. From the looks of things, Zach and Ashley might still be battling it out had the roles been reserved, with a little bit of extra spice to add to the show. Although, these 2 are not on the current season, Derrick sat down with them to discuss how they feel they would have done against these teams. Sit back, relax, and be prepared for a few bombs dropped on a couple cast members. Haha!! You'll see!!
Sit back, relax and enjoy the stories that you can't hear anywhere else.

Sincerely,

Team Ultimate Challenge Radio

Are People Really Still Hating On Tim Tebow?!?!

What was any one's problem with Tim Tebow in the first place?! Was it because he had a strange throwing motion???? Was it because he gave praise to GOD, JESUS CHRIST, THE MAN UPSTAIRS, HIS SAVIOR wherever and whenever he got a chance??? Was it because he works too hard?? Or are people still pissed because he dominated college football and beat their favorite college football team when he was a student athlete at The University of Florida?

I don't understand?!?!

How can so many people hate on a guy with so many great qualities?! I mean he's pretty much a walking, talking "Good Example." Is THAT the problem? Is he too good? Is he too good at being good? Does he win too much? Is that what makes people mad? Are people pissed because he went 2 for 8 as a starting quarterback and managed to somehow lead his team to victory in the National Football League? Are all of the retired quarterbacks, who are now analysts, upset at Tim Tebow because he's different? Because he doesn't win football games the way "normal" quarterbacks "usually" do? Michael Vick slaughtered dogs and didn't get hated on as much as Tim Tebow is getting criticized! Analysts went after Cam Newton's throwing motion and got shut down after 1 game. Cam Newton's putting up great numbers, but Tim Tebow is winning football games!
