John Cholish, an exciting young fighter, keeps The Derrick Kosinski Podcast action packed by giving UCR an idea of what it'll be like to fight the Canadian Mitch Clarke in his hometown of Toronto. Cholish walks us thru the mindset of pre-fight notions as he approaches the toe-to-toe face-off with his opponent. John walks us from his wrestling career starting at the age of 4 years old to the day he starts to taper off for his 1st fight into the UFC. He gives us a fighters perspective of weather or not he hates his opponents, weather or not he wants to maul them when their fist touch gloves,the difficulty of working an everyday job and a rigorous workout regimen. John also gives a small view of what it's like to attain as much information s possible around champions like Frankie Edgar, George St.Pierre, and Kenny Florian.
